Experience
My career spans senior roles across retail, real estate, consumer marketing, lifestyle brands and technology. I bring both breadth and depth to my practice, working with clients from early-stage founders to global enterprise executives.
My coaching and mentoring style is rooted in emotional intelligence: self-aware, socially attuned, and committed to growth. I offer more than space for reflection. I bring thoughtful provocation, helping clients surface what often goes unsaid, reframe the narrative, and move decisively toward change. I listen with precision, challenge with care, and bring both head and heart into every conversation.
As a consultant, I specialise in strategy: brand, business, consumer, culture and experience. I help organisations define who they are, what they stand for, and how they show up in the world. My counsel is grounded in commercial reality and shaped by creative possibility.
I invest continuously in my own growth. I am regularly mentored, ensuring I am rising alongside my clients rather than standing still. I network, volunteer, and contribute actively to learning communities, and I evaluate my own performance through supervision, peer supervision, client feedback and skill surveys.
